Black Women in Engineering (BWEng) membership is free and open to all professionals working in the engineering industry, who share our commitment to improving racial and gender parity.

Our network exists to connect black women in engineering and their allies for the advancement of a more racially diverse and gender balanced engineering profession.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Although membership is free for individuals, our programs and events are at the heart of our commitment to building and sustaining a pipeline of diverse talented individuals and leaders. Whether you identify as a black woman in engineering or a student or neither, BWEng offer a plethora of programs that adds value to all of our members.
Members will have access to all our free programs as well as paid workshops and trainings at a discounted rate.
