A 3 to 5 day-long programme designed to equip participants with transferable skills that will help them excel in their future engineering careers while exploring innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Intended for 30–50 female university students studying engineering degrees, the programme offers the opportunity to hear from and network with accomplished individuals, including award-winning engineers, inspirational professionals, and successful entrepreneurs with relevant expertise.
The theme for each year’s programme is typically based on one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
For the duration of the length of the programme, students will participate in a multidisciplinary Engineering project based on the theme for the year and development workshops including design thinking, personality diversity and more.
